Ribbit coaching follows a human-centered approach. Sessions are 1 on 1, with frequent interactions over an extended period. During sessions, educators engage in deliberate practice of specific skills within the context of their own classroom or school.

Ribbit’s Coaching Model & Cycle
LEAP – LAUNCH, EVALUATE, ACTION, PERMANENCE
The LEAP Coaching Model and Cycle provides instructional coaches a framework to engage with educators. The focus of live, virtual coaching sessions is on relationship building, supporting implementation of learning, reviewing evidence and reflection, and supporting educators to adjust their practice for long-lasting impact.
