Our mission is to provide a coach to each PK-12 educator to help them grow & stay in the profession while advancing equitable learning opportunities & improving outcomes.
Our Story
We built Ribbit’s Learning Hub software platform to deliver and scale evidence-based instructional coaching because, now more than ever, every educator needs support that meets their needs.
Unfortunately, schools and districts don’t have the human capital capacity to expand coaching to each educator on their own. Where coaching programs do exist, coaching is often only available to new or struggling educators, or those who teach tested subjects and grades.
This means that the majority of educators lack access to this critical support. Educators, and their students, in under-resourced communities are disproportionately, negatively impacted by the lack of access to instructional coaching supports.
As educators, we’ve dealt with this problem first hand in our own schools and districts. As entrepreneurs we’ve spent decades working with under-resourced communities, including rural schools, to expand coaching support to their teachers and leaders.

Dr. Davis is an expert on the development of high-quality induction and coaching programs for both new and experienced teachers. She is the founder of the Teacher Development Network LLC, whose mission is to collaborate with educational organizations to develop and optimize mentoring and coaching systems for preservice and early career teachers in order to improve retention, teacher quality, and student learning. Named a Fulbright Specialist, as well as a Phi Delta Kappan and ASCD Emerging Leader in the field of education, Dr. Davis is a sought-after consultant and professional developer on topics including mentoring, facilitation, and professional learning. She is the author of numerous articles and blogs on teacher mentoring, induction, and coaching topics.
CTO
Adrian pioneered large scale web deployments during his time at ASU, by leveraging a unified content management platform that hosted over 1,200 ASU websites. This approach also consolidated the university’s websites under a common platform, minimizing the operational security risks for ASU. At MCCCD, Adrian united MCCCD’s college websites using Drupal and facilitated the development of the MCCCD Common Framework.
Adrian’s background includes Computer Science, Information Security, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering. Adrian has built profitable, sustainable small businesses that were successfully sold, including an engineering and manufacturing business that served automotive, motorsports, and aerospace industries.
